Shipping an MVP in 8 weeks: our method
Eight weeks, from idea to a minimum viable product in production. Here’s how we structure it, week by week.
What makes a good MVP
An MVP isn’t a rushed version: it’s the smallest version that solves a real problem for real users. The goal is to learn fast, not to build everything at once.
Weeks 1–2: scoping and design
We clarify the problem, prioritize the essential features and design the key flows. By the end, you have validated mockups and a clear scope.
Weeks 3–6: iterative development
We build in short cycles, with regular demos. You see the product move forward every week and can adjust before it’s too late.
Weeks 7–8: polish and launch
Testing, fixes, performance and go-live. We launch, we measure, and we plan what’s next based on what real usage tells us.
Ship early, measure, then invest where it matters: that’s moving fast without breaking things.
